Paul has been in VATéir since 2016, starting as the Operations Director, then Chief Examiner, now the vACC Director. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the vACC.

Nacho started in VATéir as a student, quickly progressing through the training programmes to reach C1. He joined the staff team in 2022, as Operations Director. He's responsible for our controller tools, sector files and managing our LoAs with neighbouring FIRs.

Dan is our Events Director. He started as a pilot, regularly flying to the VATéir events before trying out controlling. He joined the staff team in 2025 and has been responsible for the return of Dublin's Thursday Night Live, and some city pairs with Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK.

Conor joined the training team in 2021, mentoring S2, and S3, before achieving his C1 rating. After completing C1, he became an examiner, and examines at all ratings. He became a vACC Instructor in 2024. He also assists Nacho within the Operations Department.

Phil joined the staff team in 2020 as Deputy Technical Director, he then became Technical Director, and then Training Director in 2023. After joining the VATSIM Board of Governors, he continued as an Instructor both within VATéir and within VATEUD as a Divisional Instructor.

Ciaran has held various roles within VATéir including Training Director and Operations Director. He is now one of our most seasoned examiners and mentors, who can examine and mentor at all ratings. He also assists with technical operations.

Iain joined the mentoring team in 2022 after achieving his S3 rating. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Josh joined the mentoring team in 2024. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Adam joined the mentoring team in 2024. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Adam joined the mentoring team in 2023. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Kilian joined the mentoring team in 2025. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Luke joined the mentoring team in 2023. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.

Stephen joined the mentoring team in 2023. He mentors our OBS-S2 programme.
